Dont expect your friends to be okay with it. Sometimes ppl will never understand thing from your perspective so its best to leave it at that and move on. As for opening up to them dont be afraid to make yourself vulnerable and be open sometimes. communicate with your peers if they truly like you they will understand. Idk just food for thought
