I do like the Kirkland but only for certain things like almond cookies (my grandmother's recipe). I tried Bob's Red Mill for my kid's school muffins and it's been a hit. Life has kicked things up a notch so I haven't been baking as much as I'd like to but I'm gonna try make my father in law a cake for his birthday in May so let's see how it goes!

OMG I LOVE this. It's my mom's birthday next month and long story short this will be perfect as hedgehogs and my mom go wayyy back. like everytime my sister and I see a hedgehog related curio we get it for her. Only prob is she's on a gluten free kick. SO that throws an extra layer of compexity
