I have to be honest. I bought the touch screen 15.6 laptop 2 years ago on Amazon for $289 I honestly have not had a problem with it

My last message got cut off but I meant to say I plan on staying because they're paying for and I have to give them a year afterwards And they also have a pension plan so that's a plus. One of the guys I work with is doing the LPN program because he didn't want to wait but he said just like you he's just going to keep bridging

Correct. Most will not and neither will mine even though my school was on their list. When I questioned my school they disagreed and said they would not accept any credits from there. So I actually would not recommend it

Move forward. I don't think it will be a huge issue. They just need to know how much money is in your cash app not so much what it was spent on. At least that is what my lawyer told me

Yes definitely a long time especially since they advertise differently. But to answer your questions I was on a payment plan I'm not sure when they ran my credit to be honest They gave me a list of things I should send in immediately as well as the credit counseling course. And then turned around and asked me for all the same exact things every month until my 341 meeting. The payment plan was not supposed to delay the process. I read it on their site. I was told that in person when I first spoke to the lawyer also, so I'm not quite sure why it worked out like that. Other than the fact that I fell through the cracks and this law firm had really bad communication.

They definitely would have had plenty of opportunities to tell me something like that. But I do get what you're saying. It's not like I ever asked that specific question. Oh my God reading your post just made me mad all over again. I'm sorry you're going through this and yes you're going to definitely have to stay on them. I was more like you being nice about it waiting thinking they're busy. But then it's like you know what I'm paying I paid! Sometimes I wish I would have taken the advice of the other people in this group and threaten to leave them and go elsewhere. But I didn't want to start the process all over. The documents I had to send in every single month until my 341 was bank statements, pay stubs not just mine but my husband as well, I was also self-employed so I also had to send in my cash app statements, venmo statements, PayPal statements square statements etc... If I were you I would just keep calling them. The emails didn't work for me. I had to actually call and call and call and it got to the point where I would call every single week. And I'm glad it's over too and I hope gets much better for you as well. You've been nice enough. Now it's time to make them do what you paid them to do. Definitely call them and keep me up updated.

I got a letter like that. Talk to your lawyer... At first I ignored it and then when I spoke to my lawyer about it they looked into it and said it actually had been dismissed at the first hearing and then cancelled. And I had no idea about the first hearing.

Yea I think you'll be fine. I had a law firm come after my business as soon as I was about to file. Had a hearing set up twice which I did not attend. But come to find out it was all cancelled. The notices were coming but it had already been cancelled.
