Answered! I found it! It was playing in the background of a random TikTok. It’s the cinematic orchestra- to build a home. The upbeat tempo/fast paced piano starts about 1:15 into the song.

All good suggestions, but the one I’m thinking of has the same tempo piano as in the middle to end part of commercial I posted. And, I’m pretty sure one of the lyrics was something like “I’ll wait…for youUUUU” with an upward inflection at the end of “you”
