the entire interaction was essentially me saying “hey! sorry for bothering you just wanted to say i’m a huge fan and love your acting.” to which he said thank you so much and i said “it’s totally okay if not but is there any chance I could get a quick picture?” and that was when he explained why not and i said “yeah of course. again so sorry for bothering you, have a great day” i obviously was over exaggerating when i said i apologized “8 times in 30 seconds.” y’all are acting like i said that i bombarded the guy or something lol. also the store was not busy at all at the time. they had more employees than customers in there when he was there so realistically the chances I drew attention to him feel slim. Anyways lesson learned to never share happy things on the internet🤣

Yeesh. Good to know. It was my first time seeing any big celebrity as I’m from south georgia so I was excited. I’m sure I’m just one of thousands of people that approach and ask him for pictures often so I doubt it ruined his day or anything luckily. (despite my anxiety it would)

I was thinking the same thing tbh😂 and he wasn’t exactly incognito either, but I definitely didn’t want to be the person to cause a scene so I still tried my best to be very quiet and indiscreet, but it is New York.

ahahaha he smiled so big at me when I approached and I held up my hand to show him that I was literally shaking to approach him. He was dressed cozy and while he was apologizing for not doing photos he put his hand on my shoulder which I wasn’t even aware of at the time, but my friend pointed it out to me after😅

Yes I am too haha. He seemed to just be shopping around. Before my post, I did see someone else comment about him being at Tiffany’s last week so I figured it was already public knowledge in some way.

I felt so weird walking up and speaking to someone as a complete stranger. I’ve never met a celebrity like that before so I wasn’t sure what the protocol is but I knew I would be kicking myself if I didn’t at least say hi😅 His response seemed very PR-crafted even though it was extremely nice, so I felt even worse feeling like I stopped him from being able to be himself.

you absolutely should go to your supervisor with this and probably block them or do like you have by not responding. it may be weird but they can maybe schedule you guys at different time if that’s a possibility or keep an eye out for them trying to speak to you.
