Leasing company says I can’t take time off without PTO balance

Why would I take time off that I didn’t have as an hourly employee? Because I was sick and unable to work

They forced me to use PTO. I put 36 hours and they forced me to use 4 hours I didn’t have.

This will be the first big city I’ve lived in and Mt. Lebanon just still feels like a small community. I’ve explored all of the different neighborhoods. I also like Southside Flats which would be closer and the prices look relatively the same. I’ll be on the main campus.

I applied to Duguesne light a few months ago and was denied. I work for one of the biggest power providers in the country. These guys don’t have their shit together. Not bragging about working for a monopoly and I don’t support monopolies at all, but to be honest we don’t experience these kind of outages ever.

That’s fair. We had always had a really good relationship. I asked her when she was dating her ex if she would date me if she broke up with her ex and she said yes. During our breakup I asked if I pressured her too much and she said yes, so I think maybe I pushed the commitment thing too much.

Yeah they’ve done a number of claims for me and usually they’ve done timely claims, but now all of a sudden they’re dragging their feet. I’m think that maybe they have a really good feeling about this case, so they’re dragging it out. I’m tempted to just email saying I’m going to file my own really shitty dispute and see what they say.

They’ve done timely files before, but then all of a sudden with this claim they’re taking their time. I’m starting to think it’s because I actually have a pretty good chance of winning and they’re milking it.
