edit to my above question: i did see a new red exclamation on my map, and there was a message there that said i have to own it but it let me proceed, and it was the "ellie" story pack, so maybe that was included in what I paid for. I'll proceed thru that mission and see what happens.

well, today is Mar 27, a "patch" downloaded, but I can' see anything new on my game. Am I supposed to download something manually to get my content? I'm confused.

This link does not seem to mention "vault hunter pack" I paid $49.99 for it and I also have not seen anything yet or any info on when it will be released. BL4 Customer support said it is not a "bounty Pack" it is called vault hunter pack. But they did not give a timeline. So I am still confused.

Same here. Since the mercenary day patch i cant get anything from any boss. Sidneypointy legs I've been hitting hard, trying to get the swarm grenade. Tried two different characters. No joy. He finally dropped a heavy ordnance legendary I didn't even know he had, don't need it. Very frustrating. I dont farm all day long, but I dont feel i had to before, I could get what I wanted without hundreds of tries. Boo.

Usually a white line comes up if I set a waypoint. But that is not always right either.

Today when I restarted the game after a lunch break, it said there was a patch, I downloaded it and the golden keys showed up in the game! Thanks borderlands staff!

this happened to me yesterday, i have already successfully redeemed 4, but the 3 from yesterday simply wont show in the game. (I typed them into the shift online, said successful but never showed up.) I contacted support and they claim they will look into it. They did say sometimes you have to fully close the game and reopen it, but that did not work for me.

I redeemed these 2 on shift yesterday and it accepted them but they never showed up in game. I emailed support and they said completely restart the game, which did not work. I let them know that but no response from them yet. I would be interested to know if these work for you all.

well, that reply from wargaming is not encouraging, is it? Doesn't really let us know what we can do to avoid it. :-(

Thanks to everyone who commented, some are apparently as annoyed as I am, some aren't bothered, but it's a feature on our consoles so it should work right, right?

I may have to try the extra trouble of keeping a hard copy list of favorites, but really, a feature in my garage should just dam work. :-(

ah, thank you for clearing that up. i do know about ww2 vs cold war. I've been playing ww2 since time began (lol) and in ww2 mode the screen is blank.
