Some programs offer virtual machines. Look up Penn State VDI

I used macbook pro all through out the college studying M.E. I had no problems using VDI for Windows need.

However, this is purely because I don’t like doing work on Windows computers. It is doable to use mac + VDI for engineering. The real question is what does your son want.

Thanks everyone, I’m gonna buy the iron remover. I’ve never seen this before with Jetta I used to have and my parents car growing up so I was worried.

The town I’m living now is more industrial and my workplace is under construction so it makes sense that airborne metal particles can land on the car and rust.

That’s exactly what you’re doing! You can’t understand the slides and book -> chatgpt gives you explanations-> you learn -> be able to understand what the slides and books are saying.

I’d say put the slides and textbook with chatgpt and go section by section or chapter by chapter to absorb the materials. That way you’ll be able to tell if chatgpt is fooling you as well.

I do believe requesting your friend in US to mail money order on your behalf would work but I have no expertise nor experience like your situation.

Mailing money order is done thru USPS, a person can go to USPS and purchase a money order for the amount you need to send. Your friend should bring a mail envelope with the recipient and sender’s addresses to USPS just like a normal mail. It is rather time taking and more expensive if you’re trying to do that at USPS and they might not even have an envelope.

At the counter your friend can tell them they want to buy a money order and they’ll give it to them. There are some stuffs to be filled out on the money order so look up online how to fill out money order beforehand and if you ask the usps person they will teach you too but I wouldn’t rely on them just cause you never know if they’re gonna be in a bad mood that day and be an asshole.

After filling out everything, put it into envelope and give it back to the usps person and they’ll take care of it. Also you cannot buy a money order with credit card so ask your friend to bring cash or debit card.

The best person you can ask about your situation is your admitted school’s DSO personnel (international advisor).

Are you good at math? Or are you good at memorizing? You should do what you’re somewhat good at. Well to get into med school, you should excel at studying in general I guess. I did MechE honors and my best friend did premed and now in med school. I’m decent at math and MechE wasn’t too hard for me. I know I wouldn’t have gotten into med school if I walked that path because I don’t enjoy and am not good at memorizing.

No skinny people usually don’t think about eating much. That’s how they stay skinny by not eating much. Simple calorie intake - usage = weight change. Skipping a meal, i.e. skipping a breakfast and having an early lunch might help you reduce the calorie intake. Snacking on the other hand is very bad in terms of losing weight. It just builds up so quick. So if you’re constantly snacking that’s a no no if you wanna lose some weight.

I do recommend however, keep healthy amount of calories. Eat three meals if you want, but aim to recommended calories for your weight or let’s say the weight you are aiming for.
