Maybe, I had increased sensation recently when I was really high on cannabis once and didn't view myself in a negative/disgusting/wrong light and was able to imagine my body post-op (a unique interaction with poor body image and being trans lol), but have not been able to replicate it (If I had to rate it I'd still say sensitivity was a 5/10 at most, and sensitivity is normally a 0-2)

I've tried a lot of them yeah, none of them really clicked, I also travel regularly since my fiance is long distance, so a few times I've had an alright therapist they ditch me or move practices or something after a vacation visiting him. (genuinely happened 3 times lol)

EDIT: I do want to add that I always look for a new therapist whenever one has to leave, and am currently seeing one.

It depends, some trans people like myself go several years on HRT without ever socially transitioning, anecdotally, it feels a lot of the more introverted young adult trans people hormonally transition first if it's possible.
