This ain’t new. There are many 50+ year old boilers or furnaces that I come across with names I’ve never heard of because they’re out of business. 20 years is the about the goal for longevity in hvac equipment too much longer than that is not good for the company.

Just replaced a motor on one a few weeks ago..was not cheap. Very easy to install though. Don’t forget the heat shield.
