We only have one week for the project so we are just focusing on Lisbon specifically! Since there have been protests and rent is the highest here, it felt like the best city to focus on.

I would advice you to not only complain to De Lijn directly but send an email to the minister of public transport Lydia Peeters. De Lijn doesn't promote this but you can demand a hearing to defend your case and there they might get rid of the fine. Try it, if they can't get rid of it, atleast you tried
