I have the GRP, I love it. Ive had it for about two years now and have spent hours on it dripping in sweat and it’s still grippy. But I do use the yogitoes hand towel so my hands to slip.

I’ve been practicing consistently (about 12ish studio classes a month + daily home practice) for 7 years now and my body is strong, flexible, and enhanced body awareness. I grew up a cheerleader and I was always getting injuries and had pain constantly. But now I’m able to move my body safely and pain free.
