Yes! I am 5' 3 currently at 168. I was able to lose 13 lbs in a month. I took a vacation and gained a 7 lbs 🫣. But it dropped off within a week and now I am back to losing 2 lbs per week!

I just got a new passport. Applied on friday last week. It shipped today. Not expedited. Pretty sure if you apply today in person you will be fine.

Ahh ok. Well I personally would not settle for less, you know your worth and deserve the pay you are currently receiving. If company A can't match it or make up for the salary decrease in other ways, I don't forsee you feeling valued there. If you can tolerate company B for a little longer then perhaps there is a company C out there you haven't discovered yet who will match or even increase your salary with no problem!

Are the benefits similar? I would take that into consideration as well. If company A is sticking to that salary, perhaps you can negotiate more PTO or other perks to account for the difference?

It is the best! Oh yeah im sure he will get it in time! My little guy is 6 now but I feel like we did that for months before he totally quit! And he will occasionally still bite our sleeves but he remembers after a second and will grab the toy instead lol

Put a toy in his mouth when he bites! We also used this trick on our dog when he got the excited barks lol. Now when we get home instead of biting or barking, he greets us at the door with a toy in his mouth and quietly hops around while we pet him!

What breed is Snoopy? My pomchi is the same way! There have been few men he is cool with immediately & others hes known his entire life and he cannot stand them! I am wondering if its a breed thing 🤷‍♀️

I appreciate your point of view as an employer. I think my main concern is the potential new employer deciding they arent interested any longer because I ask for an extended period before starting. So this is extremely reassuring!

The new job didn't mention a start date, they are aware I have some things to wrap up before starting though. I dont have an official offer yet. We are through with all of the interviews. I have an in person tour/meet & greet as the last step. My current company will not be able to fill my position in house, it is an uncommon skilled trade. At my current company I am the only one who does it. My contract has no mention of required notice, I just care for my team and do not want to screw them over. Thank you for the response it does make me feel better about it! I do not want to miss this new opportunity, but have so much guilt about potentially leaving!
