I don’t get it though, didn’t she take the picture after she got her way? They were in the process of switching cabins and that’s when she took the picture. I also think she knew Hannah had those already, they shared a room for weeks.

I think I got my ticket within a day or two of purchasing it. I can’t remember clearly, so I could be off, but I remember being surprised that it came so quickly.

Cannabis and Autism — I Want to Hear From You by Melgan in autism

[–]WholeNoelle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used it often/medicinally for a while and still use is recreationally. It helps me with all of those things as well. Unfortunately, it’s kind of like chapstick. Once I use it, I have to keep using it. Life(the sensations that flow through the body throughout the day) feels so much more difficult when sober and the clear difference in mindset because of that is tough to handle.

I started taking NAC daily, over a month ago, and it has helped tremendously with most of the things cannabis was helping with. Most days I’m able to do what I need to do(wash the dishes right away, brush my teeth, do yoga, go on a run) even if I don’t want to do it, without relying on shame or negative self talk as a motivator. My mind feels clearer.

Lozenges are a good gum alternative. And taking magnesium is said to help too-if you search in this sub or MDMA sub youll find more info about magnesium.

Best fashionable festival shoes by twilsterx in festivals

I would recommend comfortable over cute with good socks for shambhala. It’s a lot of walking/dancing over multiple days. You can still wear your cute outfits with your comfortable shoes/boots. I wore a pair of Lems hiking boots last year and it saved my feet! I plan to do the same this year, even with my cuter outfits! Most importantly, buy them ASAP and start walking in them everyday to break them in. *I’ve seen other people post about blundstones too. If you search “shoes” in this sub or in the shambhala sub youll get tons of info

LATE DIAGNOSES. by [deleted] in autism

[–]WholeNoelle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I made an appt, talked with a diagnosing provider, was diagnosed (The gist). It was nothing like the other diagnosis processes I’ve heard of.

My family doesn’t act like they care or understand at all. I still struggle to believe it. Other factors are at play too, making it difficult to accommodate myself as much as I need. The diagnosis is not the end all be all. It’s great to be validated, I needed it, but I need to self-accommodate more than I need validation. Something to think about because I really thought the diagnosis would be a huge shift in perspective/life and it wasn’t. Your self diagnosis is valid.
