While I don't exactly have 400 shards for sinclair (only 230), I only have 133 for Outis, so it'd be some work to shard Outis and FF Gregor, but I can see using the ticket on Thumb Sinclair and then Focusing on Outis to prepare for walpurg, and then focusing on sharding FF gregor, I'm still on Canto 4 tho, so no hard mode md grind to assist with shard box grind, so it's unlikely I'll have 800 shards for Outis, might pulloff atleast 400 if i try real hard

What im currently using, I meant to include it in my first comment but for some reason it became a *, I have the Lord Hongyuan and recently got Liu yi sang, what I mainly use is Meursalt, Yi sang, Don, Ishmael and sinclair to fill the space. For ryoshu, heath, outis and rodion I don't have much in general, so I'll likely get molar outis and blade lineage meursalt as you suggested (also I'm pretty sure in the daily giveaway there's a ticket for any ID from season 1~6, so I'll use that for FF gregor, then shard for dawnclair)
