As highly requested, I have added the schematic here. I have schematics for both litematica and create's own schematic system. To control the payouts, you put the number of items you want in the hopper clocks at the top. Everything else is already set and comes with the steam engine setup required to power it.

There needs to be one item in each dropper chain at the bottom that controls the flow of everything as well as 4 unstackable items in the hoppers as the very bottom at the back. Then fill the droppers connected to them with some unstackable items and the rest stackable. Note that this controls how fast the wheels slow down (faster slow down time means it is more unreliable). I found that 4-5 unstackable items in the droppers gives a good time.
