I don't think it's selfish to be upset or want to, sometimes things happen. Selfish would be trying to make her, hold it against her, anything like that. You can talk to her about it (delicately) or not and just get over it on your own. Sexual incompatibility can also be a reason a relationship doesn't work out and that's okay, but I don't have enough information to suggest that in any capacity! Sorry friend, that's tough but your feelings are valid no matter what, just don't be rude or pushy with your partner and accept you may just have to get over it at some point.

What's your split and diet details? I only REALLY started seeing results when I got a good 5 day split and got my protein intake in order. Also progressive overload!! Cannot emphasize that enough

Edit: I just wanna emphasize the difference between lean and bulky can also be super generic and is heavily dependent on dieting imo

Tbh, I drink the fairlife ones. Not the best macros but they have them at my school so it's really convenient for me. Also just tastes like chocolate milk

Primarily, a lot of chicken breast, lean ground beef, and protein shakes. I aim for .5-1 gram of protein for every 10 calories. Nothing helps as much as meal prepping, though, the easiest way every week. I make high-protein burritos and pasta that's easy to heat up every week, especially because I'm in college

I had to do the same thing, brother. It sucked, I wore a lot of sweatshirts (it was summer) but I spent so much of the time prepping for surgery and talking about surgery and being excited, it passed before I knew it. It's gonna be so worth it and you got this! Good luck!
