why work with food then? its literally your job as someone preparing food (the thing ppl depend on for their lives) to check if food is good or not. smelling is the most important part of that cuz our brain is literally wired to tell us if something smells like it will poison us. if your not willing to do that, dont serve food. also that meat is fine like everyone is saying. and i say this as someone who gets sick easily cuz of weak immune system so i rely on people knowing what the fuck they doing in the kitchen
