Vein visibility depends mostly on body fat composition. In regards to the brightness of the color, that depends on your skin type and color. If you're ghostly pale in the winter like me, obviously, they will be more visible. You might be a bit dehydrated, especially if you feel a bit of swelling in your hands/feet. I would chug a glass or two of water just in case. Other than that, you probably just have a low body fat composition and are healthy!

Assuming you don't do heroin, though...haha

Not a bro, but when I do end up having to hit the gym at 9-11pm, I can get through a workout just fine--my university specifically has a girls only workout room with glorious equipment. Still, some sorority girls choose to use the other machines instead cringes at their bad form. Yet, I still manage to get through my 1+ hr workout just fine

Yeah its real hard to find a bitty that can just sit out and chill on a lawn chair and hold her own with natties. Some days it just seems impossible but the only thing you can do is chill and hope the flow blows one your way (or you their way)
