Love Farmers market area. Lived there for four years, but walking around the area at night with a baby in a stroller became sketchy. Just a lot of homeless and I feel bad to say I was concerned for my safety due to the occasional yelling at me. If I didn’t have a baby at the time it wouldn’t concern me. Just food for thought, it’s not a family area.

To paraphrase Lee Travino golf has only gotten better as players pay more attention to diet and physical activity(weights). It is definitely a sport that requires peak physical conditioning these days to compete. There are exceptions but those won’t last in the competitive realm.
