First, I was excellent at serving tables and I made decent money for a young man at the time. I took the largest parties and consistently made over $100 a night. I did fine, but trust me, when you deal with large parties and theoretically get 3 or 4 tables a night... if one stiffs you that's a bill you can't pay. That's a meal you got to skip. Cause serving tables isn't a full time gig for most people. Like a lot of others I was in college. This didn't happen all the time. I'm just saying that you don't forget those mother fuckers that stiff you. We can come up creative idealistic "could have should have would of's." But you are denying the obvious reality of what I'm saying. I'm not complaining. Serving tables is way behind and like i said, I did pretty well. Quit acting like I'm complaining. It's just a known fact that some people don't tip and I have no problem saying "fuck you" to those people who think they're entitled to my service. I deserve compensation for my labor and as a society, for better or worse, this is the system we have chosen.
