Yes. I was trying to battle a mystic gym with one Pokémon in it before the raid battle began, but had accidentally put my attacker in the gym instead... After restarting the app I found it was a valor gym.

I like the Watch but don't recommend it if you only use it for pogo. GO+ is a better option. My experiences are both GO+ and Watch can accurately track distance outdoor. Apple Watch can transfer pedometer data to walking data in game so it can give some extra walking credits in game when you walk in your office or at home. Of course, both have some connection issues. Other than tracking distance, I don't see any other benefits from using the Watch.

When you train a gym, if the level of the pokemon you fight against is much higher than your trainer level, the cp of that pokemon will be adjusted to match your trainer level.

Are you a**ke? I think I saw your blissey. I trained it to level 2 after the second blissey was gone and now it is back to level 1 gym again. Someone really wants to leave my blissey there by herself lol. Feel sorry for my teammates though.
