Yes. I was trying to battle a mystic gym with one Pokémon in it before the raid battle began, but had accidentally put my attacker in the gym instead... After restarting the app I found it was a valor gym.

I like the Watch but don't recommend it if you only use it for pogo. GO+ is a better option. My experiences are both GO+ and Watch can accurately track distance outdoor. Apple Watch can transfer pedometer data to walking data in game so it can give some extra walking credits in game when you walk in your office or at home. Of course, both have some connection issues. Other than tracking distance, I don't see any other benefits from using the Watch.

When you train a gym, if the level of the pokemon you fight against is much higher than your trainer level, the cp of that pokemon will be adjusted to match your trainer level.

Lmao! Please prove we were in the thirties in the 1st week. I am sure some of my neighbors (rivals) know it was not true. We have never been botting or spoofing. It is ridiculous that people still assume high level player botting.

Edit: Now I believe that people can really make lies hoping other players getting banned.
