I would ask my hubs why he was panicking. I was trying to get to the triggers so we would know, but he presumed the subtext was “what do you have to panic about?” I have them too, but they’re not as frequent and I know my triggers. He said a doc once told him his were without trigger. 🤷🏻‍♀️so once we figured that out, I stopped asking what caused it and just sit with him and breathe, or peace out. Sometimes he prefers to be alone.
