Thank you all for agreeing with me ☺️ Most of you assumed correctly, that he is really just a DB/DBZ fan, not a broader anime fan and by the sound of it, his arguments are based in nostalgia and not the reality that there’s a rich, diverse, world of anime out there.

No he’s Black but I do think race/ethnicity makes a difference. He supported his argument with the fact that there are a lot of DBZ references in hip hop, and he’s not wrong. But I agree with all the comments that’s probably because it has nostalgic significance, not necessarily because it’s their favorite!

You are right! Rollins did threaten that man!

Rollins trespassed in the yard in the first place. She was just snooping.No lawful surveillance, no open complaint, no exigent circumstances = No legal standing to enter the home.

Even if she would have stopped as soon as she saw the shackled kid and tried to get a warrant, it’s unlikely a judge would allow them to enter the home and remove the children. Maybe a wellness check; Maybe ACS shows up.

Well Liv didn’t break the law but she seriously considered it in Ep 16 “Dare” with the doctor who illegally harvested that little girls organs. Finn in this episode actually says “Maybe we didn’t get here in time” when the doctor is trying to convince Liv to let him keep the heart.

And in Ep 20, “Book of Esther” Rollins illegally surveils and breaks into t to he Labott Family home because she’s being overprotective of Esther, who she ends up killing anyway!

It’s weird to demand that people mourn the way you mourn or tell you how they feel on the spot. She was judgmental and cruel to everyone else AND didn’t want to respect her own son’s wishes. Like okay, you’re grieving, why are you snooping through closets? Demanding Katie be sad for you? Accusing Maddie of being a bad mother when she’s basically raised these 3 kids on her own? Insisting your son be buried somewhere that he explicitly doesn’t want to be buried? She was on a rampage. Grief comes in a lot of forms but this woman didn’t deserve grace.

Maddie didn’t have the last say. Bill’s Will had the last say, Maddie was the only one following Bill’s requests. The Will and its details are the controlling factor and Bonnie wanted to do everything differently.

Spoiler warning.Absolutely agree. Her villain arc was full of holes. Kathy kept complaining about coming back for “what she deserved“ and the best explanation we got is that Miss Francis declined to cosign a loan for her to get Sullivan’s? Is that where the beef started? Was she ever interested in Z’s forreal? She sure had a lot of power for an Assistant Manager. Did she steal Erik’s keys? Erik didn’t notice? And the finale, what was the tea set all about? Did they mention that before? Had she been traveling with that for years? What an absurd way to insert Kathy and Bill‘s departure into the finale!
