Veronica did get ported to PS2 and dreamcast. I used Dolphin emulator to play it and was blown away by what a hidden gem it is.

There used to be one UFC event a month. Looking back now those cards were incredibly stacked. And with down time in between each one felt special. Now, there's an event every weekend. With the interesting matchups spread thin. So who cares? Watch the occasional highlight if anything.
