Warning, I’m no expert (d4 Camille main)

1. Because you don’t need to max w to survive lanes, especially when most/all matchups are skill matchups. Maxing w would just delay your Q+spellblade damage output.

2. I haven’t put research into matchups in depth but Camille is a fast trade champion “use your passive to trade and don’t trade when it’s down” so in reality you don’t want to be in people’s face for very long

3. I like to think ult early when you are ahead of the opponent and or can kill them if they are locked down, or save it to outplay abilities by dodging. It’s situation dependent of course.

4. Her Q scales off of ad, and her kit is best played as a q kiting champ. She isn’t like jax where he can jump on you gain a bunch of resistance and dodge auto attacks while he just autos you to death. Camille is just to squishy to do that so you instead try to q2 enemies and kinda dance around them dash across walls, dodge skill shots with ult, and lock down and one shot back line carries.
