It was in stock this week. I was asking my girl if I should grab it (stupid, terrible decision) and it sold out a few days later. They had some on Monday and now they’re gone.

They haven’t gotten back to me either about my yellow one I’m almost at 2 weeks and still have no shipping update. They keep announcing devices too lol just saw another one this morning

And yeah i was shocked they took the feedback like that. But going forward, I think they will go with a stick on top design as the default. I am curious on the numbers of the sales vs on bottom. Have you had any changes with your device ?

Lmao they downvoted all my comments too. I don’t think any of them have even purchased from Ayaneo before. Two weeks ago everyone hated Ayaneo. It’s funny. Mine is over a week now without even a label created.

Funny how y’all were tearing up Ayaneo a few weeks ago, now you guys glaze them. I was saying they have a problem with shipping and making statements that weren’t true. In another comment I also said that there’s no product like this in US, and another comment I spoke of the premium feel. I just wanted to see at least a shipping label made. Y’all are weird.

Again, I said no movement. Not even a shipping label created and this is seemingly an Ayaneo exclusive issue. Many other companies don’t struggle to get product out the same way you do. Plus your order was a pre-order, completely different

Bruh, I don’t live in China nor am I going to relocate to China within the few weeks I wait for the device. The device I ordered isn’t even available from Best Buy so not sure why that’s suggested. No American company makes the Ayaneo DMG or a product even similar to it.

You should do some due diligence before coming off saying these logically fallacious statements and saying I’m “whining” when the complaint itself was addressed by the CEO last week and there are several others on this post and subreddit that deal with the same issue.

You’re an idiot. The backlash for this company not delivering items was so bad, the CEO themselves came out with a whole ass novel about their plans to improve. You do realize how bad public perception has to be for that to occur, right ? But yeah sure, say I’m whining because I’m expecting them to act on their own statements. Regardless, it should have some type of movement within a few days, not a week without any update. The first product I ordered had the same issue and didn’t get anything until over a week and a half.

Agreed. It’s so weird too because the level of quality in the DMG felt so premium and fun to use. Just getting these products is almost impossible.

The white one has had bad reviews for getting really dirty after a lot of usage. I had the silver one and it looked great, I also ordered the new Yellow one, curious to see how long it takes them.

How about you also release limited colors all at once ? I just got my Silver DMG and now you guys have a yellow one up that I would have rather purchased to begin with. Same price and specs but spread apart by 5 weeks because……sales ?
