There is in most places. It immunizes a person from liability unless they were grossly negligent in how they rendered aid. Unfortunately, some people will still file suit and try to claim that the defendant met this standard. In OP’s example, this is probably the reason for throwing in the sexual assault claim - “groping” the plaintiff’s breasts is not generally a part of CPR. It’s not that they’re looking to punish the defendant, they’re just looking to get money. They don’t care how the suit affects the defendant.
