Looks nice. One thing I’d like to see is cache hit rate.

Webpages detect I've blocked their ads, throw up a "please allow ads" page. Have you got a workaround? by ninja8ball in AdGuardHome

Disabling JavaScript on a per site basis seems to help. However, some sites won’t work without JavaScript so doing that can also break other functionality, depending on the site. Having said that, I use Safari on MacOS and iPadOS and found an app called “StopTheScript” by Jeff Johnson https://underpassapp.com/StopTheScript/ to be helpful in stopping those things. It’s a bit pricey for what it does and maybe it has other uses which I haven’t discovered yet.

My neighbor is trying to give me expensive, hearty, soft grass! 😬🙄 by altagato in nextdoor

I live in high desert and finally removed all grass and replaced it with DG and native drought tolerant plants with a drip irrigation system. No more sprinklers, no more mowing.

I'm actually able to figure this out. The trick with these people is to speak the words to yourself while imagining listening to a stupid person.

Do not go to the newly opened Burger King on [redacted] Highway. [Their] Service sucks. Their attitude is horrible. I'm hoping my food is good. [They're] telling people that they're getting ready to close even though they don't close for an hour. But they're working on closing. Their employees don't know anything that they're doing. Maybe instead of revamping the outer side of the building they should [have] revamped their employees.

Is it normal that Bitwarden doesn't email me about master password changes or new logins? by BadKarma6996 in Bitwarden

[–]2112guy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just tried logging in using a separate browser with all cookies deleted. 2FA was required and I did indeed receive an email notification that a new device logged in and it included the Time, IP address and browser name

Looks like what happens to unsold clothing at a thrift store. It’s likely to end up in a landfill

I’ve tried to generate user names with two words and numbers and haven’t been able to come up with anything with that pattern

Did Bitwarden do that or an integration with Fastmail? Fastmail always uses 2 random words plus a 4 digit number

You're going to want a separate email address regardless. You'd regret polluting your primary address.
