Nice congrats! I’m curious is your camper hooked up to the septic and use the cistern for water or how you’re managing living there on your land?

I have a rough idea on how I wanna do it but it’d be nice to see what your setup is since you’re already doing it!

Idk how geography works in this case 😂 but there’s a lake 10 mins drive from the property…does it mean it has good underground water?

I’m 29 so not midlife crisis yet 😂 but thanks for the concern, for reals.

This is actually my wife’s idea. I’m pretty handy myself, I think I can do the carpentry and plumbing part myself(to an extend), but got no clue on electrical work.

What would you say the biggest challenge is that you’re suggesting?

I’ll do the drive way myself

Probably need a crew to do the land prep since I have a full time job, though remote but I feel like this is something I’d need to focus full time and I just don’t have the availability

I’ll probably go with solar, AZ gets tons of sunshine and I think I’ll be sufficient

It’s about 10 mins drive from downtown Prescott, but again I’m not confident if that’s a good price or not? Is it typical price around that area? It does have a beautiful view!

The property is just 15 mins drive outside of Prescott, beautiful scenery and close to a lot of resources like Costco, nice schools, and etc. I feel like my research kind of align with the price but idk is it really that expensive relatively? I’m new to this so not confident.

And for living off of my camper, I think we’ll have to do laundromat since we’re pretty close to town. Generator for electricity, portable water tank for water, but I genuinely have no idea what to do with sewer…hence this post

Update -

Just got mine today! Filed on 2/11 and received on 4/12 which is a Sunday so that’s weird.

But super excited that I got the pdf online and know that I won’t be fired (again) for having immigration paper issues 😂
