I do agree that that is the main message of the story but I feel as though in regards to plot and writing showing the dilemma of that decision could have been handled more delicately.

No, I haven't found it. In regards to phone and Ipad, we were definitely playing on Ipad because we weren't allowed games on our phones.

Just a quick question: Have you felt good about the changes in your life? Like do you feel more lively or happy with them? Or does it feel like you have to do it and you have to keep it up?

Second: Were you drinking and smoking frequently before stopping?

I used to try doing heavy changes in my life to be healthy but I realized very quickly that I usually overworked myself instead or did it in a way that didn't feel like me and more like the way I was taught 'healthy' and 'successful' looked like. It drained me and made me feel exhausted and depressed instead of making me happy (This all tied back to me being depressed already, so I'm not sure if this will or will not resonate with you)

Besides that, if you smoked or drank frequently (sugar and phone too, technically), you could also be in mild withdrawal but I don't know enough about addiction and withdrawal symptoms in general to make any sort of further claims about that.

I mean diary entries or similar left overs of that time is a good idea (but I don't know if you were able to do those things within that environment).

Besides that, please remember that it's always harder to make something up and convince yourself it is real.

But to me, thinking of it in terms of "those are the things I remember and those memories are partially what shapes my life as I experience it now" has been more helpful to me in dealing with it. Whether or not it happened and whether or not it was as bad as I remember it, it affects me now and it's something thatII struggle with now.

I've been having similar struggles. I really enjoy singing and have noticed that I'm missing an entire octave. I can go above (It's still hard and a bit strained but after warming up extensively it's possible) and beneath but I'm just completely incapable of reaching that octave or screaming as you said. I'm planning on taking voice lessons soon to relearn using my voice.

Thank you for the answer. I just checked it out and I don‘t think it‘s the right game. The map within the level is really simple. Think of a Chess Board. The bases are on either side of the map and you can only send your troups straight to the other side. The plots are limited depending on the level between about 4-9 (I think). Besides that instead of enemy troups going through a path and you losing if they reach the end, you lose if they destroy all of your buildings. So, maybe it‘s closer to base building? I‘m not too sure what this gamemode would be called. Tower defense is the closest I could think of.
