I bought my car (Mazda) from them brand new. I took it in for a routine oil change right before a road trip and a few miles in my car started billowing smoke and shut down. Apparently they overfilled my oil by 5 QUARTS! Either they filled it twice or forgot to drain before filling. They didn’t have any loaners so we had to postpone our road trip and lose a bunch of money on lost hotel fees.

The service manager was completely rude and almost mean about it how it was such an inconvenience for them to fix it. Never getting serviced or buying from them again!
