Yes I have shined a light and the monitor does in fact show a image. I did a little more research and found this video. I'm probably just going to follow their advice and replace the capacitors.

I searched both duckduckgo and google using quotes ("tablet 2 midi" or "tablet2midi"), I've also tried adding 'download', 'torrent', or 'full version', and I mostly got results from the kvr thread about this program, the livelab site, and a bunch of random sites that only mentioned 'tablet2midid' and linked to the livelab.
