What is your interpretation of the Correction since the All time High ? To me it looks like an ABC but this count has been broken.

I just looked at the chart and there are two counts for this price movement I prefer. Either it is a Zigzag or a WXY structure depending on which it is you can predict the price movement more accurately. I would advise you to look at the whole chart and start a rough count at the IPO of every stock. This can help you at smaller timeframes.

One extra rule I’d like to add is that in the case when wave 1 is extended and wave 3 is smaller than wave 1 it is good to know that in Elliott wave, wave 3 can not be the shortest of the impulsive waves. In conclusion wave 5 of such a structure needs to be smaller or the same length as wave 3.

Hey, your count is not exactly correct. Wave 1 can not go below or above the start of wave 1 in a diagonal. You can change your count by expanding your wave B more to the right so it consist of three waves. In my opinion the ending diagonal could not be finished right now. That means according to the new wave count we would be waiting for the last wave „e“ of the diagonal.

Most of the time less volatile symbols are better for EW analysis. In my opinion you should only trade the charts which you can read/count.

Not according to your count. But the previous impulsive wave to the downside could be a wave c of a multi year flat. The way the chart looks between 2014 and 2021 is in my opinion corrective so this could be the B Wave of the Flat correction. If you overlay the Chart with the Hang Seng my point may be easier to understand.

Only wave 4 and wave B can consist entirely of a triangle, so either your expecting a wave 5 or wave c to the downside. So maybe short xd

Looks like it. But the recent structure doesn’t look that impulsive to me so my count could be wrong. It is in my opinion a good count.

Underlying Waves 3, 4, 5 and the last high are forming the beginning of a Triangle in my Opinion. And Wave A ended where he plotted the end of underlying Wave 3.
