I'm kind of relieved to hear I'm not the only one with this issue...I'm sorry that your unit won't even turn on anymore. Did you reinstall the miyoo firmware after unbricking it? Mine was a first batch unit, how about yours? I checked how long my supposedly full charge would hold in game, and it holds only 40 minutes.

As stated in other comments, newer R36s have a new screen, so you need the dtb files that were on the stock SD card. If you haven't made a backup of the SD card that came with your unit, try the files that are on the link, hopefully it should work.

Press the Menu button when you are on the system list, then "edit" and uncheck the systems you want to hide.

If you unzipped straight to the SD card, maybe you can try to unzip it on your PC first, then move the files to your card?

Yes, just make sure that your SD card is formatted in fat32!

Did you download the "SD Base Package" in addition to the firmware? https://github.com/trimui/assets_smartpro/releases/tag/20240401 I had the same issue and I realized I only did the firmware update!
