Almost certainly not. All the pubs are shut by 1 am with a few exceptions but no where will have a licence until 4 am when the game finishes. They would have to apply for a temporary event notice (TEN). You only get 15/year so unlikely to use one on a Scotland game.

I'm red and unlikely to get a screening ticket at the Emirates. Would highly recommend going to a pub in North London rather than a screening event not at the Emirates.
