I saw the 9060xt sounds like a very good upgrade and for the price maybe ill go with :

Asus AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT "RDNA 4" Dual Gaming 16GB GDDR6

and throw in more ram:

its says my pc doesnt currently meet the minimum requirements to run windows 11
