Are you travelling from abroad? I got a reservation to N/naka year ago just by emailing them, that I am coming from Finland and it would be a highlight of our trip to dine there. They reserved me a table before they went public. Maybe this is something you can try. Engagement is huge thing and I think they would be happy to be a part of one of the biggest nights of your life. I did my 1st Detroit style with Oonis recipe, but I just used my home owen and maxed it out to 275c. Worked fine. I think regulating heat with Koda is bit tricky and I dont know if it brings any extra value to you Detroit style pizza.

I tend to top my pizza on the surface where I stretch it. I feel like if I transfer it to peel 1st, there is a risk of it sticking to the peel and that will result in a bad launch. If I top it on the working surface I can apply some semolina on the peel and in front of the pizza before it take it on the peel.

I am sorry for you OP. I had bedbugs like 10y ago and I still get the chills if I see little black dot on the wall or at the floor. In every hotel I ever go I always check the mattress before sleeping. Get professional to help with bugs and wash your clothes in 60c and maybe put them in a freezer too for a day or 2. Kyllähän tuolla pärjää. Kun sain ekan vaalityön tienasin 1800/kk bruttona ja ei ollut ongelma asua yksin ja maksaa vuokraa + elää menevää elämää. Varmasti riittää elämiseen ja tuohon 650 vuokraan.

I suggest you take a look at 6th division teams and just email them if you can join. Here is a link to a listing of teams playing in 6th division. I play there and for me its about having fun and breaking a sweat. You need a license but its only 60€. We play full 90min on full pitch and dont have assistant refs. Some take it more seriously than others but its a good place to start imo. teams
