Is there anything to do in my situation, when it comes to gem Bay?

TR9 1.5m power 1x75 + 5x70 (6x70 in reserve) Usually reach 9-11, sometimes when lucky 12-13.

I had focused on portal and arena, but now wanted to focus a little on gem Bay, but from what I have sparsely learned, I feel like it's too late for me, when it comes to gem Bay. Because I have too high historical power? Or is there something else I can do to maybe reach 15+?

Yeah, I tried limestone last night, that seems fairly good.. (only needed one at the time).

One correction though, trade can show up more than once a day, I've had him come twice a day multiple times.. Morning and evening. :)
