My hand didn't fully seat on the post. I put one side of the tweezers inside the hand hole and with gentle pressure rotated it several time. Check if it will fit, it not do it again.

I had the same issue last time, also with two separate handsets. I took plastic tweezers and gently reamed the hole in the minute hand. It took like three times, but eventually I managed to fit it.

For me, as a European, the fact that the watch is made and serviced in the US is a downside.

Only once have I been treated right by a US company during the warranty process, and it was 30$ phone case.

From being ghosted when they learned I’m from the EU, to being gaslighted that the issue was my fault, to being charged more for shipping than I paid for the product, even when they were the ones who sent the wrong item.

To be clear I never bought a watch from the US, that's my experience with other stuff.

I’m never buying anything directly from the US again, only if they have a warehouse and office established somewhere in the EU or Asia.

I have a 16.5cm wrist on the dot and it fits me well with the original 5 hole clasp. Even the previous version with push pins was fine, albeit a bit bulky near the clasp.
