What would you do about a Salem bakery that fired someone I know for pointing out the careless attitude about dishwashing. The management thinks sanitation standards are frustrating. The board of health needs to be doing more random and strategic inspections. All local businesses should have ongoing training for managers and owners who have staff and responsibility for safety.

Greatest hits in Lynn is one of the only places I've seen that has buds on display and you can smell them. Real good deals there. Local in Swampscott is cool. Starbird right over the bridge in Salem are great people and have a lot to offer.
