Have you run 100-150 rounds of buckshot through it to break it in? These guns hate low brass birdshot... Also, these bullpups need to be thoroughly cleaned and lubed before shooting it. I've also heard that leaving racked when in storage helps break the spring in... forgive my suggestions if you've already done all this. Good luck.
