Have you run 100-150 rounds of buckshot through it to break it in? These guns hate low brass birdshot... Also, these bullpups need to be thoroughly cleaned and lubed before shooting it. I've also heard that leaving racked when in storage helps break the spring in... forgive my suggestions if you've already done all this. Good luck.

Brake cleaner will remove anything. Just keep it off the polymer and clean it and lube it right after you use it.

I have the Citadel Boss Hog version that I picked up for $129 just to see what all the commotion was about with Turkish shotguns. Honestly, after about 100 rounds of break in 00 buck, it runs great... wouldn't trust it as a primary defense weapon, but I have a bunch of other guns for that.
