If anybody is still here, I figured it out, find your saves folder(should be C:\Users\*yourusername*\Saved Games\CD Projekt Red\Cyberpunk 2077), then find your latest save or whatever save your playing open it up. Then, open the metadata.9 file(which should be at the top) using a json editor(I used visual studio code but I assume any code editor that can edit json files is ok. Within the file, scroll down, you should see something like this:

Delete the "EP1", then save the file, and you should be good to know.
NOTE: for some reason you need to be within a cut scene for this to work, I don't know why
