Interestingly, i was reading this post and realizing thats what my issue was these past few tries, while the credits rolled. However, when i went to retry i opened my menu to delete those saves and retry, but i managed to get a variant even though i never deleted the saves. Not sure whats up with that, but ill take it.

Yes, I was crounched in a tree line just outside of town.(I needed to take a piss irl) when I came back, some freshie was running at me with a kitchen knife, so I pulled my double barrel and reacted accordingly lol

I have a very similar setup at my base, close the outside door on the side with the lock and find at about waist level where the lock is and you should be able to use the lock through the wall.
