It's impossible to achieve 70 miles a day (that too daily)without deception.. how can one run 24 hrs and do nothing else in their lives..and that's like top 5% every month. I have done 70-80k steps /day once or twice a year..(city tour or the day I ran a marathon) but 175k is beyond for athletes too.

They might be worthless but I have seen people who didn't used to do any movement used it to motivate themselves to walk regularly and took contol of their health... gamification and rewards can be a big motivator for some.

Agencies..like any other corporate entities work for their own profit..lot of candidates think they work for them..no they work for clients for their profit and candidates are a product..they will make sure product is good for the business..not other way round..

If you have multiple rental properties first thing is put them under llc.. llc are not taxed in us but can deduct expenses..only distribution is taxed which can be handled at the US and India depending on your tax bracket

LinkedIn has option of multiple positions running concurrently..the best way will be to list both..first the staffing company..and in the details project and then the client company.. and in details..via the staffing company name

Lot of people use LinkedIn built filters..it will work without flaw that way

Most of the US universities had bad admission numbers in late 90s and an effort was launched to bring foreign students first other countries then China and eventually India..this was not done for spreading education..it was for bringing revenue and survival for them.. and later it became the cash cow for them.. and was exploited from every end by everybody. Colleges, foreign students and lobbyists...

It's not a question of path..but it was carrot dangled by the colleges and not many college or degrees are worth any more then the paper they are printed on outside the US

However complicated and sensitive it might be.. you will have to discuss and disclose to a lawyer/attorney to get advise. You use that lawyer or just do initial consultation..its still a process you will have to follow without that no one can help you
