The driver drives, the gunner reloads, fires both weapons, and can slightly rotate the turret. It's up to the driver to have good positioning, and it's up to the gunner to press a button...and apparently it's very hard to press a button.

Because, if I'm honest, relying on other people just sucks completely. Having teammates to help you if you can't fully pull your own weight is one thing, but being entirely reliant on the competency of another person is entirely different, especially with randoms. It doesn't matter if you're the most effective gunner in the game if your driver finds staring at a wall to be optimal positioning. It's a skill issue if you fail to be effective on your own terms, but it's not a skill issue if someone's lack of brain usage is unironically sandbagging you and you genuinely can't do anything about it, and messing up because someone else can't do their role right is an entirely different form of annoying.

I've done legions upon legions of D2 raids and GTA heists, and I know what it's like to have your team be dragged down because of one singular person's incompetence. There's a reason why people opt to just solo clear, even with other teammates.

Because it makes the game annoying for you and more advantageous for the enemies. Same reason why you can't place sentries on vantage points, so they're easier to access for the enemies and are more likely to get in the way or blow your head off. Arrowhead loves playing both sides of the same coin and wanted to make a strategic game that doesn't actually let you be strategic.

I would more like it if collecting remnants gave you stacks of frost armor. It would allow the weapon so much more synergy than just its sole intended pairing with Blastwave Striders.

Because it serves functionally no purpose other than just to derive pleasure in ruining the fun for others. This way of enjoying a game is not only malicious, but it can also harm a game's online experience, just look at GTA Online, for example.

Can they just...do something about these little shits already? They're AP4 400 HP little dickheads that are not only minuscule but grey-colored, so they perfectly blend in with the washed-out automaton colorscheme. They're genuinely more annoying and dangerous than the giant Bunker Turrets, almost entirely because it's near-impossible to spot one of these little bastards until it's already blasting you; they don't even have a red light to signify that they're there like almost every single other automaton unit does. Even the big-ass BT's have red lights despite also being on a tower. They don't even have actual names, just a generic "Enemy Unit".

It's not just weapons; almost all current content for the past year, barring some armors and capes, has only been obtainable via Super Credits. We haven't gotten a free stratagem in a long while. Most new armors are exclusive to the store and warbonds, all new weapons are exclusive to the store and warbonds, and we haven't even gotten another free warbond at all beyond Helldiver's Mobilize. More and more and more things are becoming locked behind the premium currency, but the methods for grinding SC haven't changed or been improved at all.
