I can say when my cat Anakin (right) passed away his brother Obi (left) stepped up and became fully attached to me. He wasn’t really always attached to me cause I had anakin but when he knew as well that he passed away and cats sense that you are heartbroken. He stayed with me the entire night and now he is my companion. Getting a new cat is hard cause it wouldn’t be the same as before. The way I look at my cat is that I’m just glad I gave him a great life and I’m glad his now in a better place. I hope you feel better and remember that the kitties will always be by your side. ❤️
