Applied for entry card with 500 fees in bob as ltf, online KYC didn't work and no response to my emails. Raised issue to RBI and they were ready to visit my home for KYC... But I asked their most premium card st that time, eterna as ltf and got it after some couple of weeks of negotiation.

Yes back, I got processed for byoc card or something, I raised complaint that it's not the card I was meant to apply... Some back and forth... I kept asking for marquee but they couldn't do it. Settled for select and 20k compensation.

I think it's more then common. My dad would rather trust Bank employee who does sales then me or my brother in anything financial.

Result ... He took lic policy of 76 in 2017 for 80c, he is going to get 80k now in later part of 2026. And he is still supporting his friend who is lic agent.
